We can offer a variety of Maintenance options, from a full maintenance agreement, to requested visits.
The Maintenance Agreements can vary from telephone support and on-site visits to periodic planned maintenance where we discuss any issues that you may have and address them before they become problems.
You may prefer something specially tailored to your specific needs and circumstances - we can tailor a package that best meets your needs and if you then find it is not suitable we can easily change it.
This can include a combination of
- planned maintenance
- telephone support
- on-site support
- emergency support either during business hours only or 24/7
Maintenance can vary from Service Level Agreements to a less formal arrangement.
We also offer a computer repair service - we can usually diagnose the problem on-site and advise on time to repair/replace and the best options for your business.
Disaster recovery

We can advise on the most cost-effective solution for you, and train you to ensure that you carry out these procedures.
